Terms and Conditions of using Remedy IT Ltd
Our terms and
conditions are designed to protect both us (Remedy IT Ltd) and you as a consumer
or business.
Note, For
business under contract, there is a separate Terms and Conditions contract that
will require a signature.
Terms and
Conditions - abbreviated
Remedy IT Ltd
will not under any circumstances do the following:

Purchase or
sell illegal software

Install
illegal software whether known or other

Disclose any
information gained during the repair or temporary ownership of a system
Limitation of sales of goods where Remedy IT Ltd are not installing
the goods - abbreviated
- All goods are sold in good faith and with a 12 month return to base
warranty
- Any goods found to have been tampered with will not be replaced
under warranty unless the manufacturer allows it
- Goods are supplied to be fit for the purpose they were intended
- Goods are not supplied on a trial basis
- Goods are supplied on the understanding they are compatible for they
use.
- If the goods you requested are not compatible you cannot have a
refund
- If the goods you requested are not compatible and they cause
failure or injury we are not held responsible
Limitation of sales of goods where Remedy IT Ltd when installing the
goods - abbreviated

Insurance and Indemnity - abbreviated
- The level of Insurance or indemnity in any claim will not exceed the
limit of the policy as held by Remedy IT Ltd at the time when the claim
was made
Other - abbreviated
- Any or all advice is based on the the information as supplied by the
customer. If you supply us with bad or incorrect information and you
suffer with a failure or other then we cannot be held responsible.
- The decision of a company director is final so far as the law will
allow
