Consumer Support

The needs of the consumer are often very different to the needs of a business. Many computer shops will offer a generic style of support that isn't often what you need or even want.

At Remedy we are consumers as well as engineers. We offer the level of support and customer services that we would expect (or would dream of getting).

Business in the South West survive on 'Word of Mouth'. And we are no different. Its not uncommon for us to drive 50 miles to fix some ones PC when there's a computer shop within 3 miles. Why? because we are friendly, professional and actually not expensive. With support starting at £25 per hour, we are usually cheaper than most local companies.
