Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE)

WEEE rules come into effect in 2007 and it is for every one to dispose of any electrical equipment properly at designated disposal sites.

Remedy IT Ltd no longer supplies hardware to consumers so our involvement is low, however we do continue to supply businesses with replacement hardware as needed. Currently Remedy IT Ltd are not on any scheme as we have met the criteria to not be on one. This decision was based on the cost of being on a government WEEE scheme, currently £1000 per year.
