Viruses have changed over the years. Once they used to pop a message on the screen on a particular day and that was about it, these days they are designed to drain money from your bank account.

Yet while viruses are commonly known as bad software, Spyware (also known as Adware) have begun to be as invasive on computers.

So what can be done? Preventative measures such as installing a good Anti Virus package should take care of most of the dangers, but also education plays a big part.
